Swelb is a curated network. Every skipper is personally assessed on qualifications and experience. Not everyone is admitted — and that is precisely the point. The owners you meet chose this network deliberately.

How it works

Five steps to a carefully curated network. Not everyone completes them.

    Step 1

    Apply — not a formality

    A thorough intake captures your background, sailing experience and certifications. We ask for more than the basics — only what is needed to introduce you effectively later.

    Step 2

    Qualification — the assessment

    Your qualifications, certificates and fiscal registration are evaluated. We check your documents, verify your background and assess whether you fit the network. Not everyone passes this step.

    Step 3

    Access to the network

    After approval, you gain access to assignments matching your profile. You receive invitations to submit an offer. You decide what to accept — we only forward relevant work.

    Step 4

    Sailing — your craft

    You carry out the assignment your way. The handover is documented through our inspection module. We handle communication with the owner — you focus on sailing.

    Step 5

    Paid, settled, done

    Your payment is automatically released upon completion. No invoices, no reminders, no hassle. Your administration is already processed. Your next assignment is waiting.
